Our transparency gives the owner-builder peace of mind and a more affordable building process by cutting out the middle man markups; allowing for better products and finishes. Our service is for clients that want a more "hands on" approach to building their dream home; as opposed to working with General Contractors that limit the access, site visits, and transparency in attempts to hide markups and line their pockets. We at HB Consulting are helping change the way homebuilding can be done; and repairing the stigma that it can only be done with a Contractor that has "experience".
